Ray has been a resident of Florida since 1978 and of Valrico since 1988. He is married to Lynn and has two children, Ryan and Lauren. They reside in the Valrico area. He is a real estate advocate and serves his clients by placing their wants and needs in the forefront of the transaction. Ray enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, fishing and spending time with his family. Ray lives up to his motto of Exceeding Your Expectations! Prior to real estate, Ray was in a management position for fifteen years, which gives him strong skills in organization, problem solving, negotiation and most importantly work ethic. Some of Ray’s past charity affiliations include: Easter Seals and Children’s Miracle Network. He has coached numerous children’s sports including Basketball, Football and Baseball. Ray is the 2001 recipient of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors “Ed T. Owens Civic Achievement Award”. In April 2008 Ray was selected to be the Culture Icon for Keller Williams Realty for the Florida Region, which is a lifetime appointment. He is a member of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors.

 Becky is a fifth-generation Brandon area native and has lived in Brandon for 52 years. She married Ron Jordan 18 years ago, has two daughters, one granddaughter and one grandson. She is active in civic and charity work in the Brandon community as a member of Brandon ’86 Rotary, GFWC Brandon Service League, Board of Director member for the Brandon Outreach Clinic and Emergency Care Help Organization, member of Young Life Development Council, and volunteer for Brandon Care Pregnancy Center. She served as Brandon’s Honorary Mayor in 2003-2004. In 2005, she received the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors “Ed T. Owings Outstanding Civic Achievement Award”, as well as the 2005 Keller Williams Realty WI4C2TS Award as the Realtor that most exemplifies the Keller Williams Culture of Ethics and Values. She is a member of The First United Methodist Church, The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors, and has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.

Vicki has been a resident of Florida since 1997 and of Riverview since 2000.
She is married to John and has two children and four beautiful grandchildren.
Vicki resides in the Summerfield Community of Riverview. Having experienced several long distance moves with her family over the years, Vicki can empathize with each client’s needs and specific desires for their new family home—for each move has it’s own unique and rewarding experiences. Vicki’s goal is to provide each of her clients with dedication, skill and integrity throughout the home search and purchase experience—from the first phone call thru the Closing Celebration and beyond! Vicki serves as Vice-President of the United Methodist Women at Big Bend Methodist Church, is a grandparent volunteer at Brooker Elementary School, and is a member of the Riverview Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors and has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation and is a Certified Relocation Specialist.

 Linda joined the Chadderton Group in January of 2006. She is originally from New Jersey, but has lived in the Brandon/Valrico area since 1985. She married Jerry Genco, a native Floridian in 1986 and they have one daughter, Felecia and one son, Alex. Linda has over 19 years of real estate experience. She enjoys shopping, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family. She handles all the administrative responsibilities for The Chadderton Group and is very detail oriented. Linda is a member of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors.
